A few years ago, I made a plugin that allowed them to create jobs. When the jobs were made, it would modify the navigation menu accordingly. If there was a job in one category, that category was added to the navigation menu. If the job was deleted, it would be gone from the navigation menu. I also made it possible for people to apply to the job through the website, and the Wordpress admin panel contained a list of people who have applied for each job. If the person uploaded a resume, that was also visible. Work for LGI Homes
